  1. I present SELLERS with a Real Estate MENU to pick and choose from according to their needs. Sellers will have the choice of $990 flat to 6%+. After reviewing and researching all aspects of your property, I will make my suggestion from the MNEU just like a waiter would do in a restaurant, it is the sellers choice to accept, ask for more explanations, ask about the other items on the MNEU or ask to improvise just like you would do in a restaurant or anywhere else for that matter such as; shoes, clothing, grocery, cars, etc. YOU HAVE CHOICES EVERYWHERE ELSE, WHY NOT IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION??

     

       2- My BUYERS get up to 1.5% REBATE towards their closing costs at settlement with lender's approval, in addition to professional services of 30 some years. The goal is to bring buyer's out of pocket closing costs to ZERO or as close as possible to ZERO.

    The down payment you apply to your purchase goes right into the property and is equity in your home (YOURS), the closing costs however, go to other people's pockets and that's why I like to bring them down to ZERO or as close as possible to ZEROA few to mention would be, taxes and recordings to state and local jurisdictions, appraisal, home inspection, closing attorney's fees, title search, title binder, home protection plan, lender's costs, etc.
